OOC Training 

This Hazard Identification Tool is the collaborative work product of the OOC SEMS Subcommittee.  This product was developed to provide a common understanding of hazards that could be easily translated to company specific HAZID tools as well as provide a usable tool to entities that did not have a specific company product.
